Storm Damage

Storm Damage Board-Up

Wind, hail, and water-driven storms can leave roofs, windows, and exterior walls compromised. We secure openings and install temporary tarps to limit further damage.

Insurance Support

How we support the claims process

Real Secure Board-Up supports the insurance process by securing the property, documenting site conditions, and coordinating the restoration handoff with clear information for owners, property managers, adjusters, and carriers.

  1. 01

    Emergency stabilization and site protection

We secure exposed openings, provide board-up or temporary tarping where appropriate, and reduce further property exposure after fire, storm, break-in, vehicle impact, or structural damage.

  2. 02

    Photo documentation and condition notes

We document visible damage, secured openings, temporary protection work, and site conditions so the claim file has clear support for adjuster review.

  3. 03

    Scope support and estimate coordination

When restoration work is needed, Real Restoration Group can help prepare a restoration scope and estimate using claim-standard documentation practices, including Xactimate where applicable.

  4. 04

    Adjuster and stakeholder coordination

We support adjuster meetings, scope clarifications, supplement documentation, and communication between the property owner, manager, insurer, and restoration team.

  5. 05

    Restoration handoff and closeout documentation

After the property is secured, we coordinate next steps for mitigation, reconstruction, or build-back through Real Restoration Group and maintain documentation aligned to the claim file.

Compliance note: Real Secure Board-Up and Real Restoration Group are restoration contractors, not public adjusters. We support documentation, estimating, and restoration coordination, but coverage decisions remain with the insurer and policyholder.
